THE CHINESE UNIVERSITY OF HONG KONG - INTERNATIONAL ASIAN STUDIES PROGRAMME (IASP) The Chinese University of Hong Kong has been offering an International Asian Studies Programme to international students from 40 different countries for the past 20 years and it is one of the most comprehensive programs of its kind in South East Asia. Besides offering East Asian Studies courses in English, it provides small group intensive Chinese language instruction through the distinguished New Asia -- Yale-in-China Chinese Language Center. Students can also select from over 300 English-taught courses in a variety of subjects. Besides undergraduate and postgraduate students who can enrol for a semester or a year, scholars, educators, librarians, and researchers world-wide are welcome to participate as Special Scholars for similar duration.
